PLEASANTON:

SATURDAY, JUNE 29
SAN JOSE:
Children’s Discovery Museum is opening their all new Exploration Portal ( a new outdoor playground with some fun and unique features)
CASTRO VALLEY:
Go swimming at Cull Canyon. It's one of our favorite swimming spots. I highly recommended making online reservations if visiting on a weekend.

PLEASANTON:
Visit the Alameda County Fair happening until July 7th. It’s a lot of fun for all ages.
SAN FRANCISCO:
Independence Day Wagon Parade and Picnic happening between Judah and Noriega streets on the Great Highway. The event will also have live music, snacks, and activities.
SUNDAY, JUNE 30
SAN FRANCISCO:
Try out a Sensory Play Pop-Up by Oogubi. It’s a unique and fun experience. There are food trucks available on site make it a relaxed setting (food not included in ticket purchase)

Check out TreasureFest, the Bay’s monthly curated festival full of local artists, music, art, food and more.
BRENTWOOD
Visit the U-Pick Capital of the World in Brentwood where you  can check out a variety of U-Pick farms within a 4 mile radius. We absolutely loved Three Nunns (strawberries and cherries) and Very Mulberry.
TAKE A TRAIN RIDE:
Sonoma Train Town is now open 7 days a week for summer hours.
Billy Jones Wildcat railroad at Oak Meadow/ Vasona in Los Gatos is now running daily for summer hours. This is also a great place for a picnic. There is a carousel and huge playground there, too.
